105 Epoxy Resin System

105 Epoxy Resin is a clear and low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin, that offers excellent performance. It is specially formulated to work with any of the four available WEST SYSTEM hardeners. This versatile resin can be cured over a wide temperature range, resulting in a strong bond with exceptional moisture resistance. When mixed in the proper ratio with a WEST SYSTEM hardener, 105 Epoxy Resin becomes a reliable adhesive for various applications.

Working Time:

Working time (thin film) is based on which hardener you choose at 25°C:

  • 205 Fast Hardener®: 60 to 70 minutes
  • 206 Slow Hardener®: 90 to 110 minutes
  • 207 Special Clear Hardener®: 85 to 110 minutes
  • 209 Extra Slow Hardener®: 200 to 260 hours

Cure Time:

Based on which hardener you choose, solid-state curing happens in a wide range of durations at 25°C:

  • 205 Fast Hardener®: 5 to 7 hours
  • 206 Slow Hardener®: 9 to 12 hours
  • 207 Special Clear Hardener®: 9 to 12 hours
  • 209 Extra Slow Hardener®: 20 to 24 hours
